Randall Tobias
Randall L. Tobias (born March 20, 1942 in Remington , Indiana ) is a retired American government official. He was the head of the United States Agency for International Development . Before that, he worked at Eli Lilly and Company , among others . He resigned on April 27, 2007 after a connection with the call girl ring of Deborah Jeane Palfrey became known.
He received the 2005 Positive Ally Award from the National Association of People with AIDS .
