Réservoir Decelles is a reservoir on the upper reaches of the Ottawa River in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region of the Canadian province of Québec . The area is more than 200 km².

The associated dam Barrage de Rapide-7 at ( 47 ° 46 ′ 4 ″  N , 78 ° 18 ′ 36 ″  W ) was built in 1941 on the Ottawa River . The name refers to the location of the seventh rapids on the Ottawa River, between the mouth of the Rivière Kinojévis and the Grand lac Victoria .

The storage power plant Centrale de Rapide-7 at ( 47 ° 46 ′ 8 ″  N , 78 ° 18 ′ 46 ″  W ) has 4 turbines with a total of 67 MW. The hydraulic potential is 20.73 m.
