Sheikh Raschid ibn Ahmad ibn Raschid al-Muʿalla (also Raschid III ; Arabic راشد بن أحمد بن راشد المعلا, DMG Rāšid b. Aḥmad b. Rāšid al-Muʿallā ; * 1930 ; † January 2, 2009 in London ) had been emir and ruler of the emirate Umm al-Qaiwain in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) since 1981 . He was a member of the UAE's Federal Supreme Council.

Raschid ibn Ahmad ibn Raschid al-Muʿalla received religious training from his father, Sheikh Ahmad ibn Raschid al-Muʿalla , and was entrusted with tribal affairs at an early age. In the 1950s, instructions in state affairs followed; his father Ahmad II sent him to internationally renowned universities for training. In 1968 he was nominated as his successor by his father; he initially took on responsibility for the authorities and the Chamber of Commerce of Umm al-Qaiwain, and later also for the strategic business development of both the emirate and the ruling family al-Muʿalla . After his father's death in 1981, he succeeded him as the Emir of Umm al-Qaiwain.

Raschid ibn Ahmad ibn Raschid al-Muʿalla died on January 2, 2009. His successor was his son Saʿud ibn Raschid al-Muʿalla .
