Raspadskaja ( Russian Распа́дская ) is a Russian company with its headquarters in Kemerovo Oblast . It is listed in the RTS index . Raspadskaja is one of the largest Russian coal miners . The company was founded in 1973 and has been managed by Alexander Wagin since 1993 (as of 2008).

In belonging to the company bill raspadskaya in mezhdurechensk in the Kuznetsk Basin occurred in the early morning hours of 9 May 2010 (local time) to two firedamp explosions , which resulted in at least 30 miners died.
