Ratö Dewachen ( T. ra stod bde ba can ) or Ratö Monastery ( T. ra stod dgon pa ) is an ancient monastery of Tibetan Buddhism in the Nyetang area of Lhasa in central Tibet. Gya Chingruwa started its construction in 1205. Ngog Loden Sherab ( T. rngog lo blo ldan shes rab ) had worked at this place. It was later referred to as one of the Six Great Buddhist Monasteries of Ü Tsang . It was one of the famous places of study for Buddhist logic and metaphysics.

The monastery is situated in the area of the village Rato the community Nyethang the circle Qüxü County (Chushul) of the prefecture-level city Lhasa of the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China .

Sherab Rinchen is the author of a work about the monastery, the (Chinese) Redui Nieleixue《惹 對 攝 類 學 / 惹 对 摄 类 学》.
