The Town Hall Kėdainiai is the town hall of the city of Kėdainiai in the center of Lithuania .

The town hall is one of three preserved medieval town halls in Lithuania. It was built in the Renaissance style and has two floors. It is on the “Square on the Great Market” (lit. Didžiosios rinkos aikštė ), the address is Didžioji gatvė 1.

history

The first Gothic town hall was built in the 16th century . From 1653 to 1654 it was rebuilt and received a tower with a clock and two bells. After the fire in 1770, the town hall had to be renovated. In 1960 and 1983 the building was renovated.

The Radzwill monument is located next to the town hall .
