Raymond Koen (born February 14, 1981 in Den Helder ) is a Dutch athlete ( 800 m runner ). He currently belongs to AV Zaanland and was previously with SV Noordkop Den Helder , AV Castricum and Team Distance Runners .

His brother Erwin Koen is a successful soccer player, he currently plays for Telstar Velsen in the Eerste Divisie .
