Rayner Rib is a 850 m high and narrow ridge on the island of Heard in the southern Indian Ocean . It rises south of Ross Bluff in the Winston Glacier .
It is named after Roy Rayner, helicopter engineer in a campaign by the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions to survey the island of Heard in 1980.
