The Read Crest Capital AG is a German holding company with headquarters in Hamburg . The core business is the administration of own assets as well as the provision of management services, in particular bookkeeping, controlling, non-regulatory financing services and marketing. The company's share is traded in the General Standard and is included in the CDAX .
history
The company was founded on September 16, 1999 with a new entry in the commercial register as Business Media China AG (BMC) with headquarters in Stuttgart . The company's business purpose was initially to organize trade fairs and exhibitions for advertising purposes, for example for cosmetic products and optoelectronics . The company also leased advertising space at train stations and airports in mainland China . After a lack of business success, the company was realigned in 2009 and 2010. In November 2011 the name was changed to Enerxy AG and the company concentrated on supporting western companies as a consulting and brokerage company in the energy sector to participate in the Chinese market. In September 2013 the company's headquarters were relocated to Karlsruhe . After the business failed, the liquidation of the company was decided in January 2015 .
The annual general meeting on March 28, 2017 decided to continue the company, change its name to Readcrest Capital AG and relocate its registered office to Hamburg. Since then, the company has been a shell without any operational business.
