Bar Association for the Higher Regional Court District of Braunschweig
The Bar Association for the Higher Regional Court District of Braunschweig (RAK) is one of 28 bar associations in Germany. It is a corporation under public law and has its seat in Braunschweig , Lower Saxony . Its chamber district extends in the district of the higher regional court Braunschweig to the regional court districts Braunschweig and Göttingen .
The self-governing organization of the licensed lawyers and law firms is headed by a 15-member board of directors and a presidium.
In addition to the RAK Braunschweig, Lower Saxony also has the chambers for the higher regional courts districts of Oldenburg and Celle .
