Red and Anarchist Skinheads (RASH) is the largest association of communist and anarchist skinheads with many local and national groups worldwide. RASH was founded in 1993 by members of the (now defunct) Mayday Crew New York after anti-racist but homophobic skinheads murdered a homosexual. They wanted to speak out clearly against homophobia , xenophobia , racism , fascism and capitalism . In the German-speaking area, they were organized around the “ Revolution Times ” magazine . Today the Fanzine Red & Black of the RASH section Berlin-Brandenburg takes this position.

Redskins

This term combines the term rot ("red"), which is generally used for supporters of socialism and communism , with the word skin , which is the short form of skinhead . The group has been known as the Redskins since around 1983/1984 , is anti-fascist and often militant , at times revolutionary and supports the interests of the working class .
