Red to Gray (ger .: red to gray ) are a Munich power and thrash metal band. Their music is largely comparable to bands like Nevermore or classic Bay Area thrash metal acts like Exodus or Testament .
Band history
In 1998, the year it was founded, the first album Circle of Pain was also released . In 2001 the album Wrath of the Weak was released and received 8.5 out of 10 points in the music magazine Rock Hard (07/2001). There was also the sampler contribution The Phantom to the " Metal Hammer " sampler in issue 08/2001.
At the end of 2002 the founding members Robin Fischer (bass) and Frank Pané (guitar) left the band at short intervals. A new permanent Erasetz on bass was quickly found in Stefan Hendel. Florian Botschek has been playing the guitar since December 2018.
In 2011 Andy Pankraz left the band and was replaced by Gaby Weihmayer. Since then, Red To Gray has been part of the "Female Fronted" genre
