action

Social worker Cheung and her colleagues devotedly take care of the needs of people in need. Her strenuous work also includes dealing with the mentally handicapped , some of whom have difficulty communicating with the outside world. One day, on behalf of a charity, Cheung visits the socially isolated Ming Yuk Kong to house the orphaned 21-year-old woman in a multi-storey disability home. The child-naive patient is finally handed over to the care of the patient and always cheerful Chans, the head of a workshop for disabled people . Kong's hard fate also affects the committed social worker. Cheung takes care of the mentally handicapped woman and gives her dance lessons. The two characters eventually become friends.

Meanwhile, a mysterious series of murders shakes the area of the sheltered home. A muscular sex offender apparently kills women dressed in red at random. The residents react immediately. They protest against the facility and flatly accuse the residents of the home of perpetration, although there is no evidence of this. In reality, the diabolically grinning Chan is the wanted villain, who loses all control at the sight of the red wardrobe and degenerates into a sex-obsessed, sick monster. The psychosis was once triggered by the bloody act of his unfaithful mother who was caught red-handed. Wrapped in a purple negligee, she killed Chan's father and brother with a cleaver . Young Chan survived covered in blood. Since then he has felt an irrepressible hatred for red clothes.

One day the psychopathic supervisor raped defenseless Kong, who happened to be wearing a scarlet dance dress, during an active attack. Contrary to previous habits, however, Chan leaves his victim alive. The injured party subsequently reveals herself to Cheung, whereupon the beast is arrested. Eventually there is a trial. Chan is acquitted of the rape charge despite "serious doubts". Kong then falls into an apathetic state. From then on, your friend tries to atone for injustice in a dangerous game. Cheung irritates Chan's killing instinct - with fatal consequences. The psychopath visits the two women at night to abuse them. In a joint effort, the two finally kill Chan. Cheung is slightly injured, while Kong dies as a result of the conflict.
