The Redoubt Glacier (German for "Schanzen-Gletscher") is a glacier in the North Cascades National Park in the US state of Washington on the eastern slopes of Mount Redoubt . The Redoubt Glacier flows from approximately 8,400 ft (2,560 m) altitude on the eastern slope to a point facing south at approximately 7,200 ft (2,195 m) altitude. Thereafter, the glacier has a slight incline for most of its course before flowing north on a 1.5 mi (2.4 km) wide front down to 6,500 ft (1,981 m). The meltwater from the glacier feeds Depot Creek , which drains into Chilliwack Lake . The Glacier Depot is located west of Redoubt Glacier.
