Regina Dauser

Regina Dauser (* 1974 ) is a German historian .

Life

From 1993 to 1999 she studied history and German at the University of Augsburg . From 2000 to 2001 she was a freelance editor. After completing her doctoral studies (2000–2004) in the subject of early modern history (since 2001 in the graduate college "Areas of Knowledge of the Modern Age. Development and Structure of European Information Culture" at the Institute for European Cultural History, University of Augsburg), she was a research assistant at the institute from 2004 to 2006 for European cultural history from the University of Augsburg . From 2006 to 2011 she was a research assistant at the Chair for Early Modern History at the University of Augsburg ( Academic Councilor a. Z.). Since 2011 she has been a research assistant at the Chair for Early Modern History at the University of Augsburg. After completing her habilitation in 2012, she became an adjunct professor .

Her main research interests are the history of communication and media in the early modern period (especially European correspondence networks), the history of European power relations, the history of knowledge in the early modern period and economic enlightenment.
