Regina Raschidowna Gilwanowa ( Russian Регина Рашидовна Гильванова ; born February 14, 1990 ) is a Russian natural track tobogganist . She first took part in a World Cup race in 2009 .

Career

Regina Gilwanowa made her first international appearance at the 2009 European Junior Championships in Campill . There she achieved 13th place out of 17 evaluated female tobogganists. Three weeks later she took part in her first and only in the 2008/2009 season the only World Cup race in Nowouralsk , where she was the last to finish in 13th place. In the next winter she also only took part in one World Cup race in Novouralsk. This time she reached a placement in midfield in sixth place. She also came in sixth at the 2010 Junior World Championships in Deutschnofen . Since then, Gilvanova has not participated in any international competitions.
