Reinhard Rack
Reinhard Rack (born August 7, 1945 in Leoben ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and former member of the European Parliament .
After studying law and interpreting at the University of Graz , he completed his habilitation in 1976 and has been a university professor for constitutional , administrative and European law since 1980 .
From 1994 to 1995 Rack was a member of the National Council , from 1995 to 2009 he was a member of the European Parliament. He was a member of the Austria Convention and the EU Convention . He has been married to Mrs. Gerhild since 1969 and has two sons.
