Reinhard Richter (politician)

Reinhard Richter (* 1941 in Hamburg ) is a Hamburg politician of the Social Democratic Party of Germany and a former member of the Hamburg Parliament .

Richter is a graduate engineer specializing in physics . From November 1986 to 1993 he was a member of the Hamburg Parliament and for his parliamentary group he was on the Environment Committee, Submissions Committee and the Committee on Assets and Public Enterprises.
