Reinhold Rabenstein

Reinhold Rabenstein (* 1948 in Vienna ) is an Austrian author , trainer, coach and consultant. He developed new methods for creative and participatory learning.

Life

Initially educator, cultural advisor and youth center manager, Reinhold Rabenstein started his own business as a trainer and consultant in 1974. He completed training as a game teacher, communication consultant and integrative gestalt therapist ( University of Graz with the FPI-Fritz Perls Institute, Düsseldorf , and systemic family therapy at the IFS Institute for Systemic Therapy and Counseling, Linz ), further training in organizational development counseling and in structural and organizational constellations .

In 1977 Reinhold Rabenstein founded the training institute for group and education (AGB) together with trainer colleagues and in 1990 the association GPÖ-Gestaltpädagogik Österreich (GPE). The AGB became a formative institution of Austrian adult education. The guiding principle “Creativity, participation and competence are the forces that promote development” became a helpful orientation for many educational workers.

Reinhold Rabenstein is the father of two sons and lives in Linz .
