The Reinstorfer See is a lake in the municipality of Zurow in the district of Northwest Mecklenburg . It is located northeast of the eponymous place Reinstorf not far from the federal highway 192 in the middle of a moor and reed area. The lake has a north-south extension of about 430 meters and a west-east extension of about 220 meters. The marshy bank is completely forested and drained. As a result, the water level sank to the current level. The surrounding heights reach over sixty meters above sea level southeast of the lake .
