René Fernández (* 1906 , † 1956 ) was a Bolivian football player .
Career
In July 1930, Alianza Oruro's attacker was part of the Bolivian national team at the first World Cup in Uruguay . Fernández came under coach Ulises Saucedo in both World Cup games against Yugoslavia (0: 4) and Brazil (0: 4). Fernández was thus used in the internationals number eight and nine of the Bolivian national team.
The height of the Bolivian is given with 1.67 m, his weight with 70 kg.
