The Renaud Glacier is a highly rugged glacier on the Bowman Coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows in a southeastern direction to Seligman Inlet , which it reaches between the Lewis Glacier and Choyce Point .
The first aerial photographs were taken in 1940 during the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941). The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the glacier in 1974 after the Swiss glaciologist André Renaud (1904–1964), who was chairman of the Swiss Glacier Commission from 1955 until his death.
