Reshui tombs

The Reshui Tombs ( Chinese  热水墓群 , Pinyin Rèshuǐ Muqun , English Reshui Tombs / Reshui Cemetery ) is a tang-time archaeological burial-place in the municipality Reshui the circle Dulan Autonomous District Haixi the Mongolians and Tibetans of the northwest China province of Qinghai . They are located on the west side of the Reshuigou ("warm water valley"). There are a total of over 2000 smaller and larger Tubo (Tibetan) and Tuyuhun (Murong Xianbei) graves from the ancient Tibetan Amdo from the 8th to 13th centuries . 9th century. The textile fragments found there are particularly valuable. Xu Xinguo , director of the Qinghai Province Cultural Property and Archeology Research Institute, did a great job of researching it.

The Reshui Tombs have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (4-71) since 1996 .
