The capital and seat of the district administration of Haixi is the city of Delhi (德令哈 市Delingha Shi ). The two cities of Golmud ( Ge'ermu Shi ) and Delhi , as well as the three districts of Têmqên , Ulan and Dulan, are subordinate to the autonomous district .

Administrative structure

The Haixi Autonomous District of the Mongols and Tibetans is made up of three urban districts, three districts and two "administrative committees". These are:
