The Lenghu Administrative Committee ( Chinese  冷 湖 行政 委员会 , Pinyin Lěnghú Xíngzhèng Wěiyuánhuì ) is an administrative committee in the north of the Haixi Autonomous District of the Mongols and Tibetans in the Chinese province of Qinghai .
