The county Têmqên ( Chinese  天 峻 县 , Pinyin Tiānjùn Xiàn ) is a district in the northeast of the Haixi Autonomous District of the Mongols and Tibetans in the Chinese province of Qinghai . In 1999 it had 17,519 inhabitants.

Founded in 1812, Ahandale Monastery is a Gelugpa monastery at the foot of Ahandale Shan.
