The Mangnai Administrative Committee (茫崖 行政 委员会; Pinyin : Mángyá Xíngzhèng Wěiyuánhuì) is an administrative committee in the northwest of the Haixi Autonomous District of the Mongols and Tibetans in the Chinese province of Qinghai . It has an area of ​​32,000 square kilometers and has a population of 29,000 (2003).
