The Administrative Committee Da Qaidam or Dachaidan (大 柴 旦 行政 委员会; Pinyin : Dàcháidàn Xíngzhèng Wěiyuánhuì) is an administrative committee in the north of the Haixi Autonomous District of the Mongols and Tibetans in the Chinese province of Qinghai . It has an area of ​​34,000 square kilometers and has a population of 13,000 (2003). Its main town is the large community of Dachaidan / Da Qaidam (大 柴 旦 镇).

The Mahai Salt Lake lies on its territory.

Administrative structure

At the community level, the administrative committee consists of two large communities. These are:
