Jinan Qingqi
Jinan Qingqi Motorcycle Co., Ltd. ( Chinese 济南轻骑摩托车 , Pinyin Jinan Qingqi Mótūochē even Sasy Qingqi Motors or Qingdao Qingqi Motors , listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange) is next Baotian one of the major Chinese motorcycle fabrikanten. The company was founded in 1956, has 4,300 employees (over 3,000 of them in production) and is based in Jinan / Shandong Province in the People's Republic of China .
In Germany, the brand first became known from 1995 onwards through the “DIY store scooter” “Qingqi Mulan B” and “Qingqi Classic 2000 E”. These scooters were approved by the companies Daco Motoren GmbH and Sat Systems GmbH in Germany through an individual operating permit . Among other things, the company sells scooter replicas of older Kymco models, such as the Filly or the Top Boy, which is still in production today. One of the company's well-known brands is Rex , which is sold in Germany by SI Zweirad .
