The Ribeira de Algés is a small stream in the Lisbon region. It rises near Buraca (Amadora district) and flows in a south-westerly direction to Algés , where it flows into the Tejo .
It runs above ground near the source. In the urban area of Algés in particular, a large part of the stream was built over due to the expansion of the settlement area.
