Ricardo Baptista

Ricardo Baptista (born September 28, 1982 from Atauro , East Timor ) is an East Timorese politician. He is a member of the Congresso Nacional da Reconstrução Timorense (CNRT) party.

Positioned at number 10 on the CNRT list, Baptista moved into parliament as a member of parliament in the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2017 . Here he was a member of the Commission for Economy and Development (Commission D). After the dissolution of parliament in 2018, Baptista took up position 23 in the new elections on May 12th of the Aliança para Mudança e Progresso (AMP), to which the CNRT also belongs, and moved back into parliament. He is now a member of the Commission for Economy and Development (Commission D).
