Ricardo Horacio Etchegoyen
Ricardo Horacio Etchegoyen (born January 13, 1919 in Buenos Aires ; † July 2, 2016 there ) was an Argentine psychoanalyst .
Etchegoyen was strongly influenced by Melanie Klein and Heinrich Racker .
In 1991 he was President of the International Psychoanalytic Association .
His best-known work, Los fundamentos de la técnica psicoanalítica (“The Basics of Psychoanalytic Technique”) from 1986, has been translated into several languages.
