Richard Cohnheim

Richard Cohnheim (born January 13, 1843 in Demmin ; † October 25, 1901 in Hamburg ) was a German businessman and politician .

Life

Cohnheim was a commercial member of the board of directors of the Krupp cast steel factory from 1877 to 1889 . In 1890 he moved to Hamburg and received power of attorney for the Hamburg branch of the company John Henry Schröder & Co. He later went into business for himself.

Cohnheim belonged to the Hamburg citizenship from 1898 to 1901 and was a member of the right-wing parliamentary group . In the years 1896 and 1897 Cohnheim was a member of the deputation for lighting .
