Richard Hopkins
Richard Hopkins (born October 12, 1954 ) is a retired Australian sprinter .
At the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton in 1978 , he was sixth in the 200 m and seventh in the 4-by-100-meter relay .
In 1974 he was Australian champion over 200 m. He set his personal best over this distance of 20.91 s on June 4, 1977 in Champaign .
