Richard Llewellyn
Richard Llewellyn ( pseudonym of Richard Doyle Vivian Llewellyn Lloyd ) (born December 8, 1906 in London , † November 30, 1983 there ) was a British writer .
biography
After his military service and a brief activity as a film director , he began his writing career. His main work was the novel "How Green was my Valley" (1939), a short story about a Welsh mining settlement, which was published in 1941 under the title "Schlagende Wetter" by John Ford and in 1975 under the title "So green was my valley" six-part television series was filmed.
In addition to dramas, his other works include :
