Richard Wagner (Mayor)

Richard Wagner (* 19th century in Sterkrade , † after 1929) was a German politician and the nineteenth and last mayor of the then still independent mayoralty Ronsdorf in the district of Lennep in to Prussia belonging Rhine province .

Wagner, from Sterkrade to arise was on 13 June 1924 as a successor to August Staas elected mayor of the town Ronsdorf, the inauguration took place on August 29, 1924. He held this office until 1929 held, the date of incorporation into the newly founded city Wuppertal .
