The Ridgeway Glacier is a short glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . It flows in the eastern part of the Mountaineer Range in a south-easterly direction to Lady Newnes Bay , which it reaches over the ice mist bay between the mountain ridges Spatulate Ridge and Gauntlet Ridge .

The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1966 after Norman M. Ridgeway, chief New Zealand scientist at Hallett Station from 1963 to 1964.
