Aquarius constellation |
Nechet is the ancient Egyptian name of the constellation Giant in the Ramesside star clocks , for which 16 hour stars are given (E1 to E16). It is possible that in the tradition there are double entries for the hour stars E6, E15 and E16, so that the constellation Giant could only have consisted of 13 hour stars.
Nechet is largely about the constellation Aquarius , as well as parts of the constellations Sagittarius and Capricorn .
