Rikke Karlsson
Rikke Karlsson (born April 29, 1965 in Svenstrup , Aalborg ) is a Danish politician . She was elected to the European Parliament in 2014 for the Dansk Folkeparti .
Life
Karlsson serves on the Committee on Culture and Education , the Committee on Petitions and the Delegation for relations with the United States. After she had fallen out with her regional group leader Morten Messerschmidt , Karlsson declared her departure from the party on October 13, 2015. The trigger was among other things financial irregularities of the European party MELD , whose chairman was Messerschmidt.
