Riku Yamada ( Japanese 山田 陸 , Yamada Riku ; born April 15, 1998 in Tokyo , Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Riku Yamada learned to play football in the youth teams of Yokogawa Musashino FC and Ōmiya Ardija . He signed his first contract in 2017 with his youth club Ōmiya Ardija. The club from Saitama , a metropolis in the Saitama prefecture of the same name in the Kantō plain , played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of 2017, he had to start the path to the second class with the club. The 2018 season he was loaned to third division club Iwate Grulla Morioka . With the club from Morioka , he completed twenty games in the J3 League . The AC Nagano Parceiro from Nagano , also playing in the third division, loaned him for the 2019 season. For Nagano he was on the field 24 times. Ventforet Kofu , a second division club from Kofu , loaned out into the 2020 season.
