Ring Fit Adventure

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ring Fit Adventure is a Exergaming - RPG that of Nintendo was developed and on 18 October 2019, the Nintendo switch has been released. The game is controlled with a Ring-Con, a Pilates ring to which a Joy-Con can be attached, and a leg strap into which another Joy-Con can be inserted.

Gameplay

Ring Fit Adventure includes both a story mode and a mini-game mode. The story mode is presented in the form of an RPG with linear levels. To move in a level, the player jogs on the spot; the player jumps by squeezing the ring cons. In the levels there are groups of monsters that are defeated by attacking them with a selectable set of exercises. The gyrosensors of the Joy-Cons are used to check whether the exercises are being performed correctly (e.g. whether the squats are deep enough). If they are not carried out correctly, the monsters take less damage. Slow muscle exercises are usually followed by fast ones. The game offers a mixture of muscle and endurance training. A level of difficulty that can be selected from 30 levels determines the number of repetitions.

The game has a quiet mode. Running on the spot is replaced by light squats. By choosing the exercise set, you can also omit loud exercises or floor exercises from the training.
