The residential and commercial buildings at Ringstrasse 3–11 / Wilsdruffer Strasse 3–7 were built between 1958 and 1961. The urban planning design was created by Herbert Schneider and the collective, the designs for the building construction by the architects Herbert Terpitz , Heinz Mersiowsky and Manfred Arlt . Hans Klötzel was responsible for the interior design. The five- and six-storey development “creates space towards the town hall forecourt and after the ring”. The building was built in a "traditional way" with a "sandstone plaster facade". Projecting part is to Pirnaischer place pointing House Wilsdruffer Straße 3 .
