Rinkemühle
Rinkemühle is a former grinding and sawmill between Straßberg and Silberhütte in the Harz Mountains . It either emerged from a smelter that existed until the 16th century, or was completely rebuilt in the 16th century. Most recently, the Rinkemühle was used as a sawmill. It had a siding on the Selketalbahn .
The first Anhalt ore was smelted at the smelter mentioned in 1539 .
To the north-west of the mill location is the former home Rinkemühle 2 of the mill owner. The Selketalstieg leads to the north .
