Rinkemühle 2

Rinke mill 2 is a house in the village Straßberg of city Harzgerode in resin in Saxony-Anhalt . The building was temporarily listed as a listed building .

location

It is located 2.5 kilometers northwest of Straßberg, near the Rinkemühle . Silberhütte is about a kilometer to the east . The Selketalstieg , the Selketalbahn and the Selke run directly south of the house .

Architecture and history

The building was built in 1947 based on a design by the Ballenstedt building councilor Kurt Ehrlich as a residence for a mill owner, probably the neighboring Rinkemühle. The basement of the house is made of rubble stones , the facade of the floors above is provided with wooden cladding. The floor plan and the entire conception of the house are complex. The outbuildings of the property are adapted to the design of the residential building.

In 2007 the house was listed as a listed building in the local register of monuments. In more recent publications it is not listed as a monument, although it is not listed there as a former monument.
