Crackwork

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A crack work is a collection of cracks , i.e. maps , plans , sections and other projections and technical representations in the surveying of mining ( mine surveying ). A crack work mainly contains information about mine workings (mining cavities) and the deposit .

The crack work of a mine consists of those parts which were prescribed by the legislature in the General Mining Act (ABG) for the Prussian states since 1865 and currently (since 1980) as "crack work" in the Federal Mining Act (BBergG) and in the ordinance on mining works and observations of the surface ( Markscheider Bergverordnung; MarkschBergV). In DIN 21902 Mining Risswerk (structure of the Bergmännisches Risswerk) Risswerk is defined as follows: “Term defined in § 63 BBergG for the legally required representations, consisting of the pit picture and other documents such as cracks, maps and plans. The content and form of the crack work result from the Markscheider Mining Ordinance, the representation from the standards for the mining plan ”.

On the other hand, the Mining Risswerk is defined as a generic term, as "the totality of the mining representations for mining purposes" (DIN 21902, publisher: Technical Standards Committee Mining (FABERG) in the DIN German Institute for Standardization, October 1999).
