It is located in the urban area south of the Quedlinburger Schlossberg at the confluence of Rittergasse and Kaiser-Otto-Straße . The building is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. To the north is the also listed building at Rittergasse 12 .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built around the year 1700. The irregular arrangement of the windows also comes from this time. The facade is plastered.
The front door with a skylight dates from the middle of the 19th century.
