The River Bourne is a watercourse in Kent , England . It arises north of Ightham from two unnamed tributaries. It first flows through the place and then swings north and in the north of the place to take a south-southeast direction in which it flows to the north of Golden Green . Here it changes its direction to the east and flows so until its confluence with the River Medway south of East Packham .
