River Point is a skyscraper at 200 North Riverside Plaza in Chicago , US state of Illinois .

The first plans for the structure were presented in 2008, construction work on the high-rise designed by the architects Pickard Chilton began in 2013. Completion took place in 2017. The 52-storey building is 223 meters high. On the 97,000 square meters, there is only office space for up to 3400 employees. The design of the skyscraper is characterized by an oval floor plan and a recessed roof. The facade is to be completely clad with glass. A green area is planned to be built around the building .
