Robert Bechinie

Robert Bechinie (born April 10, 1920 in Vienna ; † May 13, 1982 ibid) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and tax advisor. From 1959 to 1962 he was a member of the Austrian National Council .

Bechinie attended elementary school from 1926 to 1930 and the Bundesrealgymnasium in Vienna-Josefstadt from 1930 to 1938. He passed the Matura in 1938 and studied from 1940 to 1944 at the University of World Trade in Vienna . In 1941 he passed the diploma examination and in 1944 his doctorate and then studied law at the University of Vienna from 1944 to 1946 . In 1944 he passed the auditor examination, he also passed the interpreting examination for French at the University of Vienna and in 1949 the auditor examination. Bechinie worked as an accountant from 1941 and worked between 1941 and 1945 as an auditor for an auditing company. He also worked professionally as a sworn book expert and sworn court interpreter for French.

Bechinie was a board member of the Chamber of Public Accountants from 1946. He is also a board member of the Union Européenne des Experts Comptables Economiques et Financiers in Paris and board member of the International Fiscal Association in The Hague. He represented the SPÖ in the National Council from June 9, 1959 to December 14, 1962.

After his death, Bechinie was buried on May 24, 1982 at the Döblinger Friedhof .
