Robert Ferrers, 5th Baron Ferrers of Chartley (after another count also 4th Baron Ferrers of Chartley ) (born October 31, 1357 or 1359, † March 12 or 13, 1413 ) was an English nobleman.

Robert Ferrers came from the old noble Ferrers family . He was the eldest son of John de Ferrers, 4th Baron Ferrers of Chartley and his wife Elizabeth de Stafford. After his father's death in 1367, he became the heir to his extensive estates and the title of Baron Ferrers of Chartley . However, he was never called to parliament .

After September 16, 1376, he married Elizabeth, whose origin is unknown. After her death, he married Margaret le Despenser († 1415), a daughter of Edward le Despenser, 1st Baron le Despenser and his wife Elizabeth Burghersh. He had several children with her, including:

He was buried in Merevale Abbey . His heir became his eldest son, Edmund.
